It was awesome showing students how to make a bride feel relaxed in front of the camera and how to get them to have fun which ultimately leads to a great bridal happy shot. Rebecca O' Grady

Twas a great weekend :)
Donna- Kaye Kilgour Hi Gordon, Geoff here, loved your workshop, I just completed a blog post on it. Geoffrey Sinclair View Geoffgrey's blog here ![]() Some behind the scenes shots. ![]() ![]() We had access to an old hotel where we shot some interesting images on the staircase and made use of some beautiful old windows. The focus was on creating low key imagery which make every wedding album just look fantastic! I was very pleased with images my participants created and confident their future couples will love the images they shoot. I shot some low angle images and you can see above participants taking full advantage of what they just learnt. ![]() Pictured above some more images from the shoot photographed both indoors and outside. ![]() The above image was shot by Carl Wels who flew in from Melbourne to participate in my workshop. I am very proud to see participants shoot this kind of image I think it's very artistic Carl certainly took full advantage of the moment and was obviously inspired. Well done Carl! Just as I got of the plane at Rockhampton Airport a photographer and journalist of the Bulletin newspapers asked me a few questions about what I had in mind for the workshop. Read it here ![]() Special thanks to all participants you guys were all cool and it was heaps fun sharing the 2 days with all of you. I hope to see you generate some great imagery for your clients and please stay in touch! Thank You Sharon Mahoney for making the Rockhampton Workshop possible I appreciate all your effort. Thanks to Carmen, Amelia and Channel and of course our male models too you guys were awesome! ![]() Some more candid style images as you would shoot at a real wedding. ![]() |

See what some of our participants have to say
Hi Gordon thank you so very much for the incredible workshop you concluded in Rockhampton. You made me feel so at ease, welcomed any questions and were inspirational beyond words. You opened my eyes in terms of looking at scenes and assessing their photographic potential and showed me that you can transform an ordinary photo into an extraordinary work of art. So THANK YOU again.

If only you knew how much you taught us. Thanks for being so open. You are a champion photographer and still so grounded it was very nice to see.
